We will try to get you order shipped to you in 3 to 5 days. If there is a problem we will notify you as soon as we can.
If you are lucky enough to live in the Sale area and stocks permitting we may be able to deliver to you the same day! This applies to deliveries in the local area only.
We regret that we can only deliver within mainland UK.
Out of stock back orders
We will notify you of any item out of stock and advise when delivery will be possible. If you do not want to wait then we will refund your money if you have already paid.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
Payment – At the moment we only accept online payment by Paypal.

Please inform us by email at info.jacksdiy@ntlworld.com within 7 days and a refund will be arranged for any payment already received.
Returns
If goods have already been despatched and you change your mind then you can send the goods back to us for a refund. The cost of the postage back to us must be paid for by you.
We will only issue a refund after we have received the goods and they have been found to be unused and in there original unbroken packaging.
In the case of faulty goods we will replace the item, refunding your return postage or refund the value of the item should you not want a replacement. We will discuss your requirements either by email or phone.
